I had a bracelet that was given to me as a present by family in Italy last summer. 18 k white gold . The clasp on the bracelet was small and I had dropped and almost lost it at my home. I brought the bracelet to Umberto and he determined that we needed to change the clasp to a classic clasp. In Italy the clasps on the bracelet are beautiful. Unfortunately they do not wear well and you will need to replace them. Umberto was very detailed with the plan and discussed what needed to be done. He ordered the 18k clasp showed me the fit . Once I saw the clasp and we agreed he asked for a couple of days. He called me in a couple of days when the bracelet was ready. He did an excellent job and I am grateful for his detailed work and professionalism.
